Steeped in Wellness is a virtual, hands-on experience where we will learn about herbs, explore their traditional uses and sensory qualities, and create four intentional tea blends together.
You will receive a Steeped in Wellness Herbalism Kit with the individual herbs and supplies needed to make each blend. During our time together, we will get to know each herb on its own before learning how the herbs work together. We will talk, taste, smell, measure, blend, ask questions, and create in community. You will receive your herbalism kit in the mail between December 1-15th 2026.
