Well- Rested & Well-Informed Conversation 4

Join us for our 4th conversation in our Well-Rested & Well-Informed Conversation Series as we chat with Dr. Felicia Ivey, OTD, MS, OTR/L.

In this conversation, we will explore the powerful role sleep plays in our health, energy, and overall wellbeing. As Black women navigating busy lives, careers, caregiving, and constant demands, sleep is often the first thing sacrificed—yet it may be one of the most important tools we have for restoration and long-term health.

Dr. Ivey will share practical insights on sleep hygiene, how stress and daily habits affect sleep quality, and simple strategies to create healthier sleep routines that support our bodies and minds. Together we will talk about how protecting our sleep can improve productivity, mental clarity, and overall wellness.

Participants can look forward to a thoughtful conversation filled with research-backed knowledge, real-life strategies, and simple ways to begin reclaiming restorative sleep.
