Midweek can be heavy—so we’re creating space to breathe again.

Join us for The Pause Practice, a 20-minute guided rest and reflection session happening every Wednesday on Zoom. Created in collaboration between Black Women Rest and Be Well Black Girl, this space is designed exclusively for us to slow down, soften, and reset.

For 20 intentional minutes, we’ll breathe, meditate, stretch, journal, and simply be.
